New recruitment for the Sierra 57 team
✅ Vince Green joins us as Technical Manager – Training & Development. An experienced mould tooling & engineering professional, Vince has jumped straight in to our shadow-training induction at one of our customers, refreshing his injection moulding processing expertise and learning our methods for training, delivery of content and the application for best engaging with the trainee audience.👏 a warm welcome to the team Vince.
✅ Justin Davies joins the team as Business Director on a p/time basis to add value to our commercial team whilst exploring new business inroads for our training, mould contracting and recruitment divisions. Having served an extensive period within injection mould manufacturing,
Justin will be an asset to our teams. Having beaten his battle with Cancer this year, we’re pleased to see him back on form and sharing his knowledge and expertise with us.

Finally a mighty fine 3-day expo at FANUC Europe HQ was enjoyed by our team of specialists, a good level of interest from visitors of the new Sierra 57 & Fanuc Academy training collaboration for plastic injection moulding & robot training….details to be announced next month, available training dates from Jan 2025 onwards.
