A busy April start for the S57 Trainers with planned onsite polymer materials and plastic injection moulding education for both upskilling and refreshing technical skills, correct terminology and competence boosting the manufacturing workforce.
Modular training courses of train on site, learn and apply new or refreshed skills, with space between the courses allow the trainees to retain and embed new knowledge, become more confident before starting the next course module phase.
Coaching and mentoring in between courses enforces knowledge retention and “right first time” applications for best practice operations, process optimisation & machine conditioning, driving for better “think out of the box” CI improvements, scrap reduction and improved cycle times and tool change turnarounds.
