We are delighted to welcome Andy Dixon to Sierra 57 as our new Mould Contractor/Training & Development Consultant.
With 30 years’ experience in injection moulding Andy brings a wealth of technical expertise, having built a strong reputation as a proven Process Engineer and Subject Matter Expert within the industry.
As our business continues to grow, so does the need to place highly skilled, well-rounded technical professionals into the field. In an ever-changing market, our customers require more than just expertise – they need experienced individuals who can adapt, add value and provide the specialist support needed to overcome operational challenges.
Alongside his technical knowledge, Andy also brings excellent people management skills and a passion for developing others – making him a perfect fit for our growing training, development and mould contract team.
Having recently returned from seven years with CT Automotive in China, Andy joins us with valuable global experience and a fresh perspective on manufacturing excellence.
Based in the Midlands, he will play a key role in supporting our customers with specialist moulding expertise, skills development and operational support.
We’re excited to have Andy on board and look forward to the contribution he will make to Sierra 57 and the wider plastics industry.
