What Training Do I Need?
Our courses are Quality Assured and Approved for Professional Development by the IoM3. The Modules can build up to Professional Development recognition as detailed in the CPD Module list.
We would recommend that Training Needs Assessments (TNA) are undertaken in order to assess staff level of competence before any training is delivered to avoid putting people on courses when they already have that level of expertise or would not be able to follow the content of a defined course.
The TNA covers six elements
- Machine
- Materials
- Processing,
- Maths
- Tooling
- Troubleshooting
If you proceed via the TNA route the assessment cost is £50 per person and Sierra 57 Consult will provide a summary of the training required for everyone that completes a TNA.
